Nomad Coffee: Madrid's Nordic Roasting Pioneer

Founded by Argentine photographer-turned-entrepreneur Fede Graciano, this specialty coffee haven was born from a vision to revolutionize Madrid's coffee scene. It boldly introduced the lighter Nordic roast style, a stark contrast to the city's traditional palate, by exclusively partnering with acclaimed Danish roaster La Cabra.

This commitment to exceptional coffee is underscored by a visually striking, high-performance Kees van der Westen Mirage espresso machine, ensuring every cup is a testament to quality and precision.Beyond the brew, the café cultivates a unique soul and character, defined by a minimalist, industrial-chic aesthetic from Plantea Estudio, featuring a six-meter stainless steel counter and vibrant red Ferrés tiles.

Its in-house bakehouse transforms bread and pastry making into a public spectacle with street-facing kneading tables. The culinary program is equally innovative, employing extensive fermentation techniques to craft unique dishes like miso caramel french toast with turmeric chantilly. With a strong design-led identity, the brand has expanded its distinctive experience to Berlin, near the studios of renowned artists.
