Formerly Head of Quality at East-London's Square Mile Coffee Roasters, Park, armed with a Master's in Sensory Science, meticulously curates a selection of high-end, rare coffee varieties.
His vision focuses on offering exquisite Geishas from origins like Colombia and Costa Rica, embodying a scientific pursuit of unparalleled flavor and quality.Tucked away in a converted residential building in Seoul Forest, its "hidden gem" allure is amplified by the absence of a visible sign. Inside, the first floor buzzes with the craft of roasting and brewing, openly inviting observation. Each cup is accompanied by a detailed sheet, fostering customer education, while home brewers benefit from comprehensive online recipes.
