Emerson Nascimento's Coffee Sanctuary: A World of Championship Excellence
Step into a world crafted by a true coffee visionary, Emerson Nascimento, the reigning 2024 Brazilian Barista Champion and World Barista Open Champion. Set to represent Brazil at the 2025 World Barista Championship, Nascimento's mastery is evident in every cup. His award-winning signature drink, "Florada"—a harmonious blend of peach syrup, lemonade concentrate, espresso, and jasmine tea, which won the global DaVinci Gourmet Craft Championship—showcases his innovative spirit.
For his championship performance, he meticulously selected a high-altitude coffee grown at 1,670 meters from the Matas de Minas region, a gem that secured fourth place in the 2024 Cup of Excellence. This dedication extends to the café's very foundation, supplied by its own micro-roastery, Five Roasters. Embracing a "Direct Trade" model, Five Roasters cultivates deep, personal relationships with coffee producers, ensuring unparalleled quality and transparency through regular farm visits.
Beyond the brew bar, Coffee Five operates its own esteemed "Coffee Five Escola," offering professional barista training, alongside specialized workshops in latte art and diverse brewing methods. The menu itself is a testament to creativity, featuring classic coffee cocktails like Irish Coffee and Espresso Martini, alongside unique, house-developed drink creations that promise an unforgettable experience.
