Co-founder Lukáš Zugarovi's journey into specialty filter coffee began over a decade ago during a transformative trip to China, a refreshing departure from conventional espresso culture, shaping the very soul of Dos Mundos.The name "Dos Mundos," Spanish for "two worlds," perfectly encapsulates their deep understanding of coffee's dual states: green and roasted.

With their own roastery, equipped with Giesen W6 and W30 machines, they meticulously craft high-quality specialty coffee in-house. Beyond the brew, Dos Mundos champions human rights and fair dealings, ensuring equitable living standards for farmers globally. Their commitment extends to education, offering comprehensive cupping workshops and training baristas, while distinctive graffiti behind the bar visually narrates the bean's journey from origin to cup, completing this immersive coffee narrative.
