Their Rio de Janeiro café, a "Cafeteria Revelação" award winner by Espresso Magazine in 2018, is nestled within a beautifully restored 19th-century historic building, a testament to their commitment to preserving history while crafting exceptional coffee. This family affair, with daughter Marina as a proprietor and barista, ensures a soulful, quality-driven experience.Beyond their meticulously grown beans, Fazenda Paradiso offers an immersive coffee journey. Guests can explore a wide array of manual brewing methods, including the rare Siphon (Globinho), alongside Hario V60 and Chemex.
