Geisha's Haven: Madrid's Sanctuary of Precision Coffee

Nestled in Madrid, this specialty coffee haven offers a "remanso de calma" with its serene, Japanese-inspired ambiance, a stark contrast to the city's bustle. Its location wasn't left to chance, but meticulously chosen through a data-driven viability study. Founder Juan, in collaboration with "The Bar&Bar" consultancy, meticulously crafted the café's concept and menu.

The focus here is on the revered Geisha coffee, particularly from Panama, sourced through excellent relationships with producers in countries like Ecuador, ensuring unparalleled quality and a true connection to origin. The café's philosophy, "When a grain is good, the best thing is not to disturb it," guides their minimalist brewing ethos, utilizing methods like the V60 to highlight natural flavors. Precision is paramount, with the xBloom, an all-in-one smart coffee machine, ensuring repeatable excellence.

Leading the bar is Jorge Barcos, a recognized latte art champion, having won "Nivel Verde" at The Lags Battle España in 2024. Complementing the exquisite coffee is a curated, short menu where every item, from the cheesecake to the açai bowl, has undergone rigorous selection.
