The team describes it as Italy's first coffee laboratory — a place where roasting, brewing, education and research share the same room. The sourcing is purist: 100% arabica single origins from responsible plantations, roasted with deliberately light profiles to pull out the fruit and florals that darker Italian tradition tends to bury.
