This curated environment, further enhanced by a distinctive logo from Japanese illustrator Ryuto Miyake, creates a welcoming and artistic retreat. In a bold move, Dreamin' Man exclusively partners with PROLOG, a renowned specialty coffee roaster from Copenhagen, ensuring a distinct and high-quality coffee experience.

The café is particularly celebrated for its expertly prepared filtered coffee, showcasing exquisite washed single-origin beans from Ethiopia, Kenya, and Colombia. Complementing the exceptional coffee, co-founder Yui Matsuzaki crafts daily-baked pastries using seasonal ingredients from local Parisian markets. A true house specialty and a favorite among regulars is the Japanese-style pudding, or "nihon-fu purin," offering a unique sweet indulgence.
