With a minimum SCA cupping score of 86-87 for all beans, and a fully organic certification since 2018, their portfolio features rare and experimental varietals like Anaerobic Natural SL28 and Washed Java. Roasting in small 8-16kg batches on a Diedrich IR-25, they ensure peak freshness, zero waste, and continue to nurture long-term relationships with producers, some for over 13 years.
