Flying Roasters Kreuzberg

Flying Roasters started out in Wedding, roasting and pouring on Hochstraße, and in late September 2025 the team opened a second coffee shop in Kreuzberg. It sits on Gneisenaustraße, right by the U7 station, which makes it one of the easiest specialty stops in the neighbourhood. The coffee is the same as at the roastery. Everything is organic, scores 84 points or more on the SCA scale and comes with full traceability back to the farm. The shelf rotates seasonal micro-lots and different single origins, alongside a few more developed roasts, some built with clean, high-quality robusta, for anyone who likes a deeper cup. Order an espresso, a cappuccino or a flat white at the bar, and ask the team for brewing advice before you choose a bag to take home. The room is high-ceilinged and bright, with a long counter of carved wooden panels, a chandelier and a few tables by the windows, plus seats outside when the weather plays along. Cakes and pastries, pastel de nata included, round things out. Open every day from 9 to 6, so there is no excuse to skip it on your way through Kreuzberg.
