Award-winning brew bar — barista- and Brewers-Cup champions pouring rotating light-roast filters.
Forum is, by most accounts, the most decorated specialty coffee bar in Warsaw. Tucked onto Elektoralna a short walk from Plac Bankowy, it's run by a team whose owners carry multiple Polish Barista Championship, Brewers Cup and AeroPress titles between them — a pedigree you taste in the cup.
The programme leans Nordic: bright, light-roasted single origins from leading Polish and Scandinavian roasters, served across a rotating filter board that changes with what's fresh. There's serious espresso too, plus quietly inventive extras — home-bottled cascara soda from dried coffee fruit, and house cold brew in summer.
The space weaves a fashionable thread of pink through warm wood panelling — unmistakably Polish, both stylish and comfortable to linger in. Whether you're chasing a competition-grade pour-over or just want a genuinely excellent flat white, this is the address coffee people send you to first. Worth crossing town for.
