Nomena Roasters
★ 4.8
Light-roast specialty roaster in a historic Allenby Street building, filter-focused.
Nomena Roasters occupies one of the prettiest rooms on Allenby Street — a beautiful historic building that gives the place a sense of occasion before you've even ordered. But this isn't style over substance: Nomena is a working specialty roaster, turning out light roasts and a rotating line-up of single origins.
Filter is taken seriously here, brewed alongside a confident espresso programme and the usual milk-based staples. The baristas are highly skilled and genuinely friendly, the kind of team that makes a regular out of a first-time visitor. There's a slice of cheesecake if you want something alongside, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the street.
Beans are available to take home. Come for the coffee, stay for the room — Nomena is one of Tel Aviv's most rewarding morning stops.
