Specialty Coffee Shop
STOR
★ 4.6
Early Warsaw specialty café — pours its own ROST-roasted beans with an eco-minded streak.
STOR was one of the first specialty coffee shops to open in Warsaw, and it quickly became the kind of place people return to. Today it runs as two bars — the original on Tamka in Śródmieście and a second on Bracka — both compact, design-forward and squarely focused on the coffee.
What sets STOR apart is how vertically it's built: the beans come from its own sister roastery, ROST, whose "Coffee That Cares" line leans into sustainability as more than a slogan. There's a deliberate green-revolution thread running through the operation, from sourcing to the way the cafés are run, paired with the clean, light-roast profile Warsaw drinkers have come to expect.
Brew methods cover both espresso and filter, and the rooms draw a steady mix of regulars and visitors who know the name. A dependable, principled stop in the heart of the city. Pull up and settle in.
