Founded in 2018 by the international duo Hugo Jimenez (Colombia) and Marta Castillo (Madrid), The Fix brings a meticulously crafted coffee experience to Madrid. Head Roaster Hugo, drawing inspiration from specialty coffee pioneer Tim Wendelboe, roasts exclusive, frequently changing micro-lots in-house, sourced seasonally from diverse origins.
Patrons can expect exceptional selections, like a natural process from Benjamin Dianous in Panama or a unique offering from Eduardo Rojas in Colombia.
