This trio, with Marco De Rebotti leading coffee sourcing and roasting, Marco Paccagnella shaping their distinctive branding, and Marc Aguyé ensuring happy cafes, embodies a truly unique spirit.
Their brand is celebrated for its "fearlessness" and willingness to experiment, setting them apart.
