Boon Coffee Roasters has been roasting in Dubai since 2013 — a story rooted in Ethiopia, the cradle of coffee itself. Founder Orit Mohammed is descended from generations of Ethiopian coffee farmers, roasters and connoisseurs, and his sourcing programme reflects that heritage: premium organic Arabica green sourced direct from Ethiopian origin, then roasted locally in the UAE.

The bean focus is deliberate. Where many Dubai roasters chase the global multi-origin model, Boon leans into doing Ethiopian-origin specialty exceptionally well — single-origins, naturals and washed coffees from across the regions, presented with origin context.

You'll find Boon both at the roastery and via select retail partnerships across Dubai (including Mall of the Emirates). The wholesale side supplies cafés that want a strong Ethiopian profile on their menu.
