Grandmother Coffee Roastery

Grandmother Coffee Roastery was established in 2016 around a simple commitment: take micro-lot specialty coffee seriously, and build a roastery that can deliver it consistently. The Dubai set-up runs 6kg and 15kg Giesen roasters out front, with a dedicated cupping and training room in back — the production environment a roaster builds when they want quality control at every stage.

The bean programme is small-batch and origin-led — single-origins selected for character rather than volume, plus private-label work for café partners across the region. If you've drunk coffee at a serious Dubai café and the roaster on the bag wasn't a household name, there's a decent chance it came out of Grandmother.

The roastery doubles as a training venue — cuppings, brewing classes, barista development. It's a destination for industry as much as for end consumers.
