The Silverlake cafe (the original flagship — Dayglow has since expanded to West Hollywood and Larchmont) rotates beans from a constantly shifting roster of guest roasters worldwide. The coffee programme leans single-origin and pour-over forward, with tasting notes posted clearly so you know what you're getting before you order.
