Founded by "old school chopper aficionado" Allan, this specialty coffee haven roared to life in May 2013, marked by a vibrant gathering of vintage 50s and 60s choppers. The café's soul is deeply personal, designed to feel like an extension of Allan's living room, complete with an old chopper motorcycle proudly displayed in the back, firewood stored under tables, and classic helmets adorning the walls.

To cultivate a truly social and connected atmosphere, the café thoughtfully implements a policy of no laptops or tablets during peak hours, encouraging patrons to engage in genuine conversation.Beyond its distinctive vibe, the café is committed to exceptional coffee. They meticulously prepare their brews using a DC Pro espresso machine, sourcing high-quality beans from esteemed local Danish roasters.

Patrons can enjoy a rotating selection of espresso and filter roasts, having previously featured acclaimed offerings from Copenhagen-based Kontra Coffee. For those who prefer milk-based drinks, the café exclusively uses premium milk from Thise Mejeri, a well-regarded Danish dairy, ensuring every cup is crafted with care and quality.
