First, it sources directly from smallholder coffee farms across Asia — Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines — rather than the more obvious Latin American and African origins most Singapore roasters lean on. Second, it operates as a social enterprise with an explicit hiring model: outlets are staffed by persons with disabilities and mental health conditions, with structured training, support, and progression in place.

The coffee programme stands up on its own terms. Expect light-to-medium roasts that draw out the distinctive character of less-familiar origins: a clean Vietnamese arabica, a fruit-forward Thai natural, a Sumatran washed lot. Espresso runs through a clean house blend; filter options rotate; cold brew is available year-round.
