Glyph Supply Co is a small, deliberately understated cafe-roastery near Somerset on Venture Avenue. The space borrows from Tokyo-style coffee bars and Scandinavian design in equal measure — pale wood, clean lines, minimal signage — and the menu follows the same philosophy: short, considered, and quietly ambitious.

The filter programme is the heart of the operation. Expect a small rotating board of single-origin pour-overs that runs from accessible washed Ethiopians and Kenyans through to the occasional rarity — a recent slot featured CCD Don Ruben No. 16 from Panama, a variety that doesn't show up often on Singapore menus. House espresso is clean, alt-milks are available, and the oat cold brew is a consistent local recommendation.

Glyph also functions as a working roastery, with beans sold retail at the bar and online through their store. The crowd skews specialty-curious rather than transactional, and the staff are happy to talk through any cup. A useful Somerset stop for anyone building a multi-cafe Singapore day.
