Behind the counter, the team has serious competition history. The shop has been recognised on the international stage and uses that bench to run an active workshop programme — barista fundamentals, brewing classes, and equipment-side education. It's one of the few Vienna specialty spots where you can credibly walk in for both a flat white and a Saturday-morning brewing course.
