A Nordic Coffee Haven in Fagerborg

Nestled in Oslo's idyllic Fagerborg neighborhood, this specialty coffee destination exudes a calm, intimate atmosphere, marked by its distinctive brick facade adorned with climbing plants. It's a multi-roaster haven, proudly serving a curated selection from internationally acclaimed Norwegian roasters: Fuglen and Tim Wendelboe. Tim Wendelboe, a titan in the coffee world, is a former World Barista Champion (2004) and World Cup Tasting Champion (2005), with his roastery repeatedly winning the Nordic Roaster Championship.

Fuglen, co-founded by Norwegian Barista Champion Einar Kleppe Holthe, brings a unique blend of Norwegian and Japanese coffee culture, recognized for its exceptional espresso and roasting.Beyond the exceptional brews, the café offers beans from both roasters for home brewing.

While not baking in-house, a thoughtful selection of pastries from Oslo's finest bakeries, including Mendel's, Gladbakst, Åpent Bakeri, and Lyds Gluten Free, perfectly complements the coffee. Adding to its unique character, a sister business, Havens Kolonial, a specialty grocery store brimming with fresh produce and delicacies, is conveniently located directly across the street. This establishment is more than a café; it's a vibrant hub celebrating the pinnacle of Nordic coffee and local craftsmanship.
