Hazel & Hershey Coffee Roasters

Hazel & Hershey sits on Peel Street, in the steep, café-dense stretch where Central blurs into SoHo. The name covers both ends of the craft: they source green coffee from origins including Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil and Indonesia, then roast it themselves at a nearby unit before it lands in the cup.

The shopfront is compact — more a grab-and-go bar than a sit-all-day lounge — but that keeps the focus where it belongs, on clean, origin-forward coffee and freshly roasted beans for home.
