Hello, Kristof has beautifully evolved from a multi-roaster café into a dedicated in-house roastery, meticulously controlling every step from bean sourcing to the final pour. Born from a unique "Coffee and Magazines" concept, the café doubles as a curated haven for international and independent publications, inviting patrons to linger over a brew and a good read.

At its São Bento location, a deliberate laptop-free policy fosters a mindful, social atmosphere, encouraging genuine connection. This distinctive character was originally envisioned by graphic designer Ricardo Galésio.In 2021, Charlie and Malaylack, with backgrounds in construction and aerospace engineering, took the helm, infusing their passion for coffee and hospitality. Malaylack's Laotian heritage inspires exclusive Asian-inspired brunch dishes at São Bento, creating a delightful fusion of specialty coffee and Southeast Asian flavors.

The café's soul is further defined by its Nordic-inspired design, featuring custom furniture by Azzoto. Their new roastery in Santos promises immersive "cupping" experiences, inviting guests to explore the profound sensory world of specialty coffee.
