N1 Coffee & Co takes its name from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit it sits beside, opposite the K11 mall on Mody Road — and it's grown into one of Kowloon's most reliably loved specialty cafés. Behind the stylish, compact room is a serious roasting operation: house-roasted single origins poured on both espresso and filter, plus a wholesale arm that supplies beans to cafés around Hong Kong.
Regulars praise the efficient, genuinely friendly service as much as the coffee, and the brand has expanded with a Wan Chai branch and even an outpost in Canada.
