Nightjar Coffee Roasters is the warehouse-roastery-brew bar tucked into Warehouse G62 at Alserkal Avenue — Dubai's creative quarter and unofficial specialty coffee hub. Kiwi founder Leon Surynt set it up around direct-trade relationships in Burundi, Rwanda and Colombia, with on-site roasting visible from the bar.
The headline drink is the Single Origin Black: a Rwanda Bumbogo nitro cold brew on tap, with tasting notes of treacle and pecan. It's the kind of cold-brew programme a hot climate forces you to take seriously, and Nightjar takes it more seriously than most. Espresso, manual filter, single-origin batch and an extensive bites menu round out the offer.
The Alserkal flagship is industrial and lived-in — high ceilings, eclectic furniture, an all-day crowd of designers, gallery-hoppers and coffee regulars. Two satellite locations carry the menu to Madinat Badr and City Walk 2.
