Coffee Roaster
Number 9 Coffee
★ 4.4
Independent TST East roastery-café pouring single origins from Ethiopia, Kenya and Ecuador.
Number 9 Coffee is a small independent roaster making a big impression in Tsim Sha Tsui East, tucked into Hilton Towers on Granville Road. The focus is firmly on single origins — expect rotating Ethiopians, Kenyans and Ecuadorians — roasted to highlight clean, bright, fruit-forward character.
The space is compact, with a handful of high outdoor stools for when the weather plays along, and it draws a loyal local crowd who treat it as a calm weekday bolt-hole away from the TST crush. Order a pour-over to see the beans at their best, or a flat white to go. One thing to plan around: it's closed on Sundays, so save this one for a weekday coffee run.
