PPP Coffee

PPP Coffee is the more compact, retail-driven sibling to Chye Seng Huat Hardware — same Papa Palheta beans, faster service, more locations. The Funan flagship sits inside the rebuilt Funan mall on North Bridge Road and runs a tight bar designed for the office crowd: espresso on a polished machine, a small but rotating pour-over menu, and a feature that sets the brand apart — a vintage frozen-coffee collection where cold-aged lots are pulled at different intervals for tasting.

The single origins follow Papa Palheta's wider sourcing philosophy: direct relationships, light-to-medium roasts, transparency on the bean cards. Expect Ethiopian washed coffees alongside Latin American lots and the occasional Asian micro-lot. Retail beans line the back wall.

For visitors short on time, PPP is the easier and more central CSHH experience. For Singaporeans, it's the daily-driver caffeine source that happens to roast its own coffee — and roast it well.
