Supreme Roastworks: Oslo's Champion Roasters with a Unique Soul
Step into the world of Supreme Roastworks, where coffee excellence is championed by co-founder Odd-Steinar Tøllefsen, the 2015 World Brewers Cup Champion – Norway's sole victor of this prestigious title. Alongside co-founder Magnus Lindskog, who roasted Tøllefsen's winning naturally processed Ethiopian coffee, they've cultivated a deep passion for exceptional beans. Starting in 2007 from a garage in Oslo's Torshov, they've grown into a renowned name, celebrated for their strong preference for natural processed coffees, often featuring multiple distinct options simultaneously – a rarity in specialty coffee.
Their Grünerløkka café invites you to witness the craft firsthand, with a 12-kilo Diedrich roaster on display. Beyond the brew, discover their legendary "Satans god iskaffe," a specialty iced coffee crowned with rose lemonade. For a unique experience, their Aker Brygge location boasts an innovative Porsche collaboration, featuring a coffee bar within a sleek studio and showroom overlooking the ocean. As evening descends, the café transforms into a vibrant hangout, serving natural wine, microbrews, and setting the mood with vinyl music, embodying a truly distinctive character.
