The Koop Roaster & Cafe brings a roaster's focus to a leafy corner of Jalan Drupadi in Seminyak. The team roasts its own beans, drawing on Bali's own Kintamani highlands among other origins, and builds the menu around fresh, carefully made espresso and hand-brews.
The space is bright and unhurried — a calm counterpoint to busier Seminyak — which makes it a comfortable spot to actually taste the coffee or settle in for a while. Expect well-pulled milk drinks, a rotating filter option, and beans to take home, all underpinned by the simple advantage of roasting in-house.
