Their journey began with their father's move from Korea to Brazil, cultivating a dream that blossomed into Fazenda UM, the family's own farm.Um Coffee Co. proudly sources directly from Fazenda UM, home to over 38 distinct coffee varieties, ensuring a true farm-to-cup experience. Beyond exceptional beans, they foster education through the Um Coffee Academy, founded by Garam Um, Brazil's first school offering all SCA Coffee Skills Program certifications.
