The roaster sits on the same floor as the bar, which means everything you drink was probably roasted in the room you're sitting in within the past two weeks.

Single-origin Colombian beans across espresso, batch brew, and pour-over, with rotating regional features. The Quinta Camacho space is bright, contemporary, and education-leaning — staff visibly enjoy walking newer specialty drinkers through what they're tasting, which is the right energy for a city still teaching itself what its own coffee is supposed to taste like.
