Ceresia Coffee Roasters

4.5

2013 pioneer roastery, small-batch single-origin, Thai-Venezuelan family operation.

Ceresia Coffee Roasters has been a quiet engine of the Bangkok third wave since 2013. Founded by a Thai-Venezuelan family, the roastery built its identity around small-batch single-origin work — coffees sourced from farms around the world, roasted in tightly-controlled batches, and pulled with deliberate precision behind the bar.

The roastery is also a wholesale backbone for many of Bangkok's specialty bars. Beans from Ceresia have shown up on menus at Ink & Lion and beyond, which means part of the city's specialty scene runs through this roastery's machine. The café side offers their full single-origin range on espresso and filter, with seasonal rotations that reflect what's in cup at origin.

The Sukhumvit 41 location is calm, clean, and built for slow visits. Locals, expats, and travelling industry types all pass through, and the bar tends to draw the kind of crowd that asks specific questions about origin and process. One of Bangkok's most reliable specialty stops.
