A short walk from BTS Phaya Thai, Factory Coffee has quietly become one of the most decorated brew bars in Southeast Asia. The team's award shelf reads like a global highlight reel — Top 13 World Barista, Top 2 World Espresso, Top 3 World Roasting, and multiple Thai Barista Championship titles — and every cup pulled on the bar reflects that pedigree.

The menu is brew-method-driven: a rotating espresso flight built around seasonal single origins, a serious filter board featuring naturals from Ethiopia's Niguse Gemeda shade lot, and the cafe's calling card — the Phaya Thai, a Sicilian cup poured from a cocktail shaker into the glass with a lemon peel pressed to the rim. It's an espresso ritual you won't see anywhere else in the city.

The space is industrial and minimalist — exposed brick, hard surfaces, an open bar that puts every pull on display. It draws a serious coffee crowd at all hours and queues out the door at peak times. Worth the wait for the Sicilian cup alone.
