Drip & Drop Coffee Supply
★ 4.6
Self-roasting Teramachi brew bar where you choose the bean and the brew method.
Drip & Drop Coffee Supply was founded in Kyoto in 2015 and began roasting its own beans in 2019, and its whole identity is built on one idea: "the choice is yours." You pick the bean — two house blends or a rotating single origin — then the brew method and the customisations, milk swaps included. The Teramachi shop, opened in April 2023, is a compact, dimly-lit counter bar that shares a building with the Bighand Bros. craft-beer taproom and a bak kut teh restaurant, so it's a fun corner to land in. Beans are roasted small-batch at the brand's own micro-roastery and sold as whole bean, drip bags and gift cans, with international DHL shipping. There's a real community streak too — public cuppings, open barista-training days and the annual Drip & Drop Latte Art Cup. Come build the cup you actually want.
