Nana Coffee Roasters

4.4

Championship-pedigree roastery with World Siphonist + National Brewers Cup titles, biggest specialty menu in Bangkok.

Founded by Warong "Koong" Chalanuchpong, Nana Coffee Roasters has become the most-decorated roastery in Bangkok specialty coffee. Sensory lead Kasama "Natt" Kunboon won the World Siphonist Championship in Tokyo in 2018 — the first Thai to ever hold a world coffee title in that discipline — and the team has since added the Thai National Barista Championship (2019) and back-to-back National Brewers Cup wins (2020 and 2024) to the cabinet.

The coffee programme matches the trophy shelf. Single-origin micro-lots rotate weekly across siphon, V60, AeroPress, and espresso, and the bar pulls competition-grade Geshas alongside more accessible Ethiopians and Thai naturals. Beans are roasted in-house with seasonal sourcing across origins.

The Ari flagship sits in a leafy garden setting just off Ari 4 Alley — light-filled, plant-heavy, designed for slow visits. Expect serious coffee drinkers, photographers, and the occasional industry pilgrim. If you're going to drink one filter coffee in Bangkok, this is the bar where it should happen.
