slurp. is the modern third-wave face of Stoll Kaffee. Started by the Stoll coffee company as a pop-up and now permanent at Kanzleistrasse 129, the room sits in a quiet Kreis 4 courtyard — design-forward, minimalist, with a rotating selection of Stoll beans named on the menu board so you always know what you're drinking that day.

The daytime programme is meticulous filter and espresso, served in locally-made Studio Roka ceramic cups. In the evenings the bar pivots to natural wine and cocktails — a Kreis 4 social edge layered on top of serious coffee craftsmanship. A small selection of pastries and snacks accompanies the drinks; this isn't a full café menu, it's a tight specialty room with a clear identity.

If COFFEE on Grüngasse is Stoll's perfection-of-method bar, slurp. is its rotation lab — same bean half of the equation, different room, different vibe, equally serious.
