Founded by a Q-grader with a V60 origin story, Toise roasts small-batch single origins on the lighter side and pours them at a dedicated manual brew studio. Order a hand-brew and you're as likely to get a conversation about extraction as a cup; book a brewing session and you'll leave knowing how to recreate it. Espresso and milk drinks are handled with the same care, and the kitchen is fully vegetarian.
