Colo Coffee Roasters

Colo opened in 2017 with a deliberately domestic mission: serve better coffee to Colombians and put more value back into the growers' pockets. Every coffee on the menu is Colombian and roasted in-house — and at the Usaquén flagship, the roaster is part of the customer experience, with the drum visible from the bar.

The room is wood-heavy, plant-forward, and quietly contemporary, with a back patio that pulls in the morning crowd. Espresso, milk drinks, and a rotating pour-over board cover the menu; the bean rotation moves through Tolima, Huila, Nariño, Quindío, and the smaller producing regions that don't always get the spotlight.

It's the kind of cafe that doesn't need to perform third-wave to be third-wave — locals come for breakfast and a flat white, coffee tourists come for the roastery tour, and both leave happy. A good morning stop on a Usaquén weekend.
